Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is looking for a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Armidale, NSW. You will drive sales growth, manage stock, and deliver exceptional customer service while leading a high-performing team.

The role requires strong retail leadership, excellent time management, and hands-on experience in visual merchandising. You will foster an owner’s mindset and contribute to a culture of excellence within Spotlight, Anaconda, and Harris Scarfe stores.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred
• Time management skills
• Visual merchandising experience
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
• Owner's mindset for your department
• Passionate attitude that inspires your Team
• Resilient & innovative problem solver
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competency
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Lead by example in all areas
• High volume stock management
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
