Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a store leadership role in Sydney to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, stock control, and achieving KPI targets. You will lead by example, drive sales growth, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to customer service.

The ideal candidate brings strong retail leadership, visual merchandising experience, and excellent communication. A role of this scale offers growth, weekends off cadence, and a pathway to leadership within Spotlight, Anaconda

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Time management skills.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Having an owner's mindset for your department.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Lead by example in all areas
• High volume stock management
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
