Job summary

Spotlight in NSW is seeking a store leader to support the Store Manager and drive daily operations. You will monitor stock levels, lead a high-volume workload, and deliver exceptional customer service while executing merchandising standards and catalogue campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring strong retail leadership, visual merchandising experience, and a proactive owner's mindset. You will inspire your team, communicate effectively, and support continuous store growth with a patient,

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Having an owner's mindset for your department.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).

• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
