Spotlight, Australasia’s largest chain of craft, fabric and home interior superstores, seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth and deliver outstanding customer service across a busy department.

You will manage stock, lead a high-performing team, implement merchandising standards and plan catalogue campaigns while ensuring stock integrity to maximise department profit.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong time management and IT competency.
• Visual merchandising experience required.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained.
