Spotlight Retail Group in Armidale, NSW is seeking a store leader to support daily operations, drive stock control, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead a team to achieve sales growth, oversee visual merchandising, and participate in catalogue campaigns.

• High volume stock management.
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards.
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns.
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit.
