Spotlight stores in Australia seek an experienced store leader to support daily operations and drive sales across a large volume of stock. You will lead by example, implement visual merchandising standards, and manage a high-performing team focused on customer service and KPI achievement.

The ideal candidate brings strong retail leadership, hands-on stock handling, and an owner's mindset to maximise department profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock.
• Having an owner's mindset for your department.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your team.
• A resilient and innovative problem solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).
