Job summary

Spotlight Melbourne is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales growth, monitor stock and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, manage a high-volume stock flow and ensure Visual Merchandising standards across the department.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Having an owner's mindset for your department.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).
