Spotlight Ltd in Victoria is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment.

You will build and mentor a team, manage stock and merchandising, and execute catalogue campaigns while upholding Spotlight's values and standards.

Competenze

• Proven retail leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage high-volume stock and meet KPI targets.
• Visual merchandising experience is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Support Store Manager in daily operations.
• Monitor stock levels and stock recovery in department.
• Drive sales growth to meet department KPIs.
• Lead and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and merchandise presentation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Lead by example in all areas
• High volume stock management
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred
• Time management skills
• Visual merchandising experience
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
• Having an owner's mindset for your department
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team
• A resilient & innovative problem solver
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competency
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
