Spotlight Retail Group is seeking an experienced store manager to lead a high-performing team in Victoria. You will drive sales growth, manage stock flow, and ensure visual merchandising standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Strong retail store management experience preferred.
• Time management & multi-tasking ability.
• Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Having an owner's mindset for your store.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
