Job summary

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia are required.
• Experience with a dental practice or Core Practice is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression.
• Managing incoming calls, emails and patient enquiries.
• Scheduling appointments and optimising the appointment book.
• Processing payments and issuing invoices; managing patient accounts.
• Following up on appointments and outstanding enquiries.
• Coordinating with dentists and dental assistants for a smooth experience.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and admin documentation.
• Supporting the Practice Manager with daily tasks.
