Bella Dental Care in Norwest Business Park is hiring a dental receptionist to join our busy team. The role offers immediate start and a chance to develop dental knowledge and skills in a friendly practice.

You will work Monday to Saturday, with on‑the‑job training provided. Experience of at least 1 year is preferred, and we welcome motivated candidates who can deliver excellent patient service and support to the dentist and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience is preferred.
• Australian citizenship or right to work in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with patients to ensure they feel comfortable in the dental environment.
• Greet patients prior to treatment, process HICAPS and EFTPOS, manage practice database, schedule appointments and manage accounts.
• Willingness to develop relationships and exceed patient expectations.
• Adhere to infection control protocols.
• Readiness to work alongside Dentist, Hygienist, Oral Health Therapists.
• Surgery preparation.

About the role:

We are currently seeking adental receptionist to join our team at Bella Dental Care which is located in the Norwest Business Park. This position is available immediately and offers an opportunity to further develop your dental knowledge and skills. Minimum of 1 year experience is preferred and additional on-the-job training will be provided to the candidates to equip you with the skills required for the role.

Your role will include;

• 1. Ability to liaise with patients to ensure they feel comfortable in the dental environment
• 2. A broad range of administrative based tasks, including but not limited to; greeting patients prior to treatment, processing HICAPS and EFTPOS, manage practice database, schedule appointments and manage accounts
• 5. Willingness to develop relationships and exceed patient expectations
• 6. Adhere to infection control protocols
• 7. Readiness to work alongside Dentist, Hygienist, Oral Health Therapists
• 8. Surgery preparation
