Job summary

Wow Dental Group in Sydney CBD's Darling Square clinic is seeking a friendly, motivated team member. No experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided to learn reception, billing, and basic patient communication in a busy practice.

You will maintain financial records, process payments and health insurance claims, assist with lab work and sterilisation, manage stock, and support marketing and social media tasks.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Good level of English literacy; Cantonese/Mandarin beneficial.
• Organised, efficient and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to think independently.
• Confident, friendly and able to communicate with patients and staff.
• Reliable, honest, punctual and professional; strong work ethic.
• Experience with D4W and Xero will be looked upon favorably.
• Willingness to learn and develop; easy going personality.
• Ability to use computers, scanner, social media, digital apps advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and complete financial records in clinic software and accounting systems.
• Track and send out lab work and receive lab work.
• Undertake self directed learning to upskill to complete tasks.
• Take payments and understand health insurance; process claims.
• General administration: emails, social media, texts, and rebooking inquiries.
• Assist with dental assistance in equipment sterilization and lab duties.
• Receive and send out postage and mail; manage stock.
• Contact patients via phone/text/email for reminders and recalls.
• Order stock; assist with IT issues with IT support team.
• Assist marketing with organizing materials for campaigns.
• Open and prepare the clinic in the morning.
• Assist with social media including filming and basic edits on phones.
