Job summary

Specialist Endodontic Practice in Dandenong, Victoria, is seeking a Front Desk Superstar to join our busy team. Your day will be varied, including reception duties, answering busy phones, triaging patients in pain, and delivering a warm, efficient patient experience.

There may be occasional sterilisation and chairside dental assisting duties, so prior dental practice exposure is highly regarded. We value a bright, empathetic personality and the ability to multitask calmly under pressure.

Qualifications

• Listening skills and verbal communication abilities for in-person and phone interactions.

An exciting position is becoming available for a Front Desk Superstar at our busy Specialist Endodontic Practice in Dandenong. Your days and weeks will be varied with an expectation of reception duties, manning the busy phones, triaging patients in pain and providing each of our patients with a wonderful experience. At times there may be some sterilisation and chairside dental assisting duties required therefore previous experience in a dental practice will be greatly favoured.

Our hard working, dedicated dental team pride ourselves on going above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction is not only met but also exceeded whilst still having fun while we do it.
