DENTL Melbourne is seeking a warm and organised Dental Receptionist/Patient Concierge to welcome patients, manage bookings, and handle payments. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts, and provides training for dental-specific tasks.

Previous dental knowledge is helpful but not required, as on‑the‑job training will be provided. You will join a small, friendly team in a modern clinic near public transport, dedicated to exceptional service and patient comfort.

We are seeking a warm and organisedperson with exceptional communication skills to join our team as a receptionist in ourmodernandprogressivepractice close to Melbourne CBD and public transport.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

In addition to being the pleasant first point of contact and face of the practice, you will be involved in daily administrative responsibilities which are integral to the smooth running of the practice (managing new patient leads, appointment making, taking payments, calendar management). You will become a familiar face to our friendly and loyal patients of whom you will interact with on a daily basis.

You will be joining a young and dynamic team who are passionate about providing premium dental care services!

Although preferable, dental experience is not required. However, a strong background in customer service is necessary. Along with experienced receptionists, we encourage applicants with previous experience in hospitality or customer facing roles. All dental specific training and support will be provided on the job for the right candidate to excel in this position.
