Qualifications

• Dental reception experience in a busy practice.
• Understanding of dental workflows.
• Proficient with D4W or similar PMS.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional experience for every patient.
• Manage phones, appointments, cancellations and diary priorities.
• Proactively fill diary gaps and manage recalls and follow-ups.
• Handle patient accounts and payments confidently.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with clinicians.
• Take ownership of tasks and contribute to the team.
