Core Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our Melbourne clinics. The successful candidate will manage the appointment book, handle payment plans, oversee clinic flow, and help create a positive and efficient atmosphere for patients and staff.

The role requires strong communication, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to assist nursing tasks when needed. Training and support within a collaborative team are provided.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years as dental receptionist.
• Able to nurse when required.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Familiar with dental terminology.
• Proficient with dental practice management software (CareStack preferred).
