• 4–7 years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience building demand gen function in early-stage startup (2–3 years)
• Hands-on experience across the program mix: events, webinars, dinners, industry programs

Responsibilities

• Own the North American pipeline target and plan the quarterly trajectory
• Design and run the full demand gen program mix (field events, webinars, executive dinners, industry programs)
• Translate pipeline goals into channel targets, budgets, and forecasts with clear reporting
• Partner with Sales to ensure programs convert and enable rapid follow-up
• Build a campaign tracking and attribution infrastructure from scratch
• Identify scalable channels and prune underperforming plays with limited resources
• Define Lorikeet's demand gen playbook as the function grows
