Ofload is seeking a high-energy outbound sales professional to join our Australian tech-scale team. You will hunt new business, qualify leads rapidly, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities while building a personal pipeline from day one.

You’ll engage with household brands across Australia, using phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive growth. If you thrive on targets, fast-paced cycles, and a clear path to senior sales roles, this is your role.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-activity outbound environments (telesales/inside sales/B2B).
• Ability to prospect across levels from operations to C-suite.
• Comfort in managing follow-up cadences and CRM hygiene.

Responsabilités

• Prospect aggressively, qualify quickly, and build a robust pipeline.
• Speak with new prospects daily, converting cold and warm leads into opportunities.
• Develop your own pipeline from day one and target household brand names.
