Job summary

Forter is seeking an Implementation Engineer to own the delivery of integrations for new and expanding customers. This role is delivery-owner driven, coordinating kickoff to go-live with strong stakeholder alignment to deliver business value.

You will manage end-to-end project plans, proactively identify risks, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time deployments while translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects for Enterprise customers.
• Experience running multiple concurrent projects with structured plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of integration projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Build and drive project plans, identify risks, and course-correct to meet timelines.
• Lead project governance with customer stakeholders and senior users.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Analytics.
• Act as a technical translator for API operations, JavaScript, JSON and related tech.
