Job summary

Forter is seeking an Implementation Engineer in Sydney to own the successful delivery of integrations for new and expanding customers. You will drive each project from kickoff to go-live with strong stakeholder alignment, ensuring business value and timely delivery.

You will translate technical concepts for diverse audiences, manage risks, and lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Solutions Consulting, CS, and Analytics to hit agreed go-live dates in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing complex, enterprise projects for customers.
• Proven track record delivering multi-stakeholder go-lives on time.
• Excellent organization, delivery focus, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of integration projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Build and drive project plans, identify risks, and mitigate blockers.
• Lead governance with customer stakeholders and senior business users.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions Consulting, CS, and Analytics to meet go-live dates.
• Translate integration concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track project health and report delivery metrics for your portfolio.
• Contribute to Forter’s implementation playbooks and processes.
