Job summary

Propeller is seeking a Product Lead to own the enterprise product direction, working with customers and the GTM team to translate insights into scalable solutions. You will collaborate with engineers and designers to shape APIs, integrations, and partnerships that connect Propeller to customers’ existing systems across global worksites.

You’ll guide the enterprise roadmap, ensure clear requirements, and maintain hands-on involvement to understand the end-user solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SaaS products for large enterprise customers.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers and GTM teams to define product priorities.
• Define and evolve the roadmap for enterprise capabilities (APIs, integrations, security, admin, data management, pricing).
• Drive execution by breaking down initiatives into deliverables and aligning stakeholders.
