Job summary

Slade Group is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to help close out integrations, resolve technical issues and support the program through cutover and go-live. The role suits an L3 Technical Analyst, Integration Consultant or Senior Application Support Specialist who can dive into enterprise systems and drive resolution.

Reporting to theTechnical Project Manager, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, vendors and partners to prepare the environment for go-live and ensure successful

Qualifications

• Experience in L3 technical support and systems integration.
• Experience troubleshooting across interconnected enterprise systems.
• Understanding of integrations, interfaces, dependencies and data flows.
• Experience working with internal tech teams, vendors and partners.
• Exposure to cutover, deployment, operational readiness and go-live activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical and integration issues and drive them through to resolution.
• Oversee multiple system integrations, dependencies and interface impacts.
• Identify and resolve technical, integration and process gaps across the program.
• Work with internal technical teams, vendors and implementation partners to resolve design decisions.
• Develop and manage go-live run sheets, cutover plans and readiness activities.
• Coordinate deployment sequencing, readiness checkpoints and rollback planning.
• Partner with the Test Lead on Production Verification Testing and post-deployment validation.
