FuturePlace in Australia is seeking a Delegate Sales Advisor to help senior business leaders discover and attend the conferences that matter to them. You will identify, qualify and secure delegate attendance while building trusted relationships with decision-makers across industries.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, hospitality or another client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals over the phone.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Speak with senior executives across Australia's leading corporate, government and enterprise organisations.
• Identify, qualify and secure delegate attendance at FuturePlace conferences.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers across a range of industries.
• Learn how to sell through insight, curiosity and genuine commercial conversations.
• Manage your own pipeline, activity and opportunities through our CRM.
• Work towards and exceed your sales targets and KPIs.
• Attend FuturePlace events to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, production and partnerships teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
