Job summary

Chandler Macleod in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor to drive inclusion initiatives, partner with leaders and embed inclusive practices across the organisation.

This full-time, 6-month engagement offers flexible hybrid working with 2-3 days from home each week, ASAP start, and a collaborative team environment that supports meaningful organisational change.

Qualifications

• Experience in DEI, HR, Organisational Development or a related advisory role.
• State government legislation knowledge desirable.
• Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion frameworks and legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating workshops.
• Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and programs.
• Provide advice on inclusion, accessibility and workplace equity initiatives.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to drive inclusive practices.
• Deliver training, workshops and awareness programs.
• Analyse workforce data and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Support compliance with relevant workplace and equal opportunity legislation.
