Chandler Macleod Group is seeking a Culture and Inclusion Advisor for a 6-month engagement in Melbourne’s CBD, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement. The role focuses on driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, providing expert advice, and partnering with leaders to embed inclusive practices across the organisation.

You will deliver training, analyse workforce data, and ensure compliance with workplace and equal opportunity legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in DEI, HR, Organisational Development or related advisory role.
• State government legislation knowledge desirable.
• Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion frameworks and legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating workshops.
• Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
