Toll Group in Canberra is seeking a Relocations Consultant (Transitions Consultant) to manage on-site relocation services for Defence accounts. You will conduct visits to clients' residences, assess scope, coordinate inventory analysis, and ensure contract requirements are met with accuracy and empathy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail with sensitive information.
• Spatial estimation and understanding of loading, packing, handling where applicable.
• Customer service experience showing empathy, patience and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn about transitions industry.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Open car license for domestic travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with providers and drive contract delivery to meet requirements.
• Understand RS Providers contracts, SOR and Minimum Standards.
• Respond quickly to service issues and resolve them with stakeholders.
• Promote a safe working environment and conduct safety conversations with customers.
• Liaise with Case Managers and Leadership on day-to-day issues.
• Maintain knowledge of contractual documentation relating to RS Providers.
