Qualifications

• Experience in case management or mobility/assignment management is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret policy and legislation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end relocation experience for ADF members and families.
• Manage expectations and explain service scope and lifecycle of relocation.
• Administer Defence relocation policy and entitlements in line with policy and KPIs.
• Respond to routine phone and email enquiries.
