Toll Group is seeking a Relocations Consultant in Canberra to support Government & Defence relocation services. The role involves on-site visits to residences to determine removal scope, building relationships with providers and ensuring contract requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• Relocations industry experience is a bonus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Australian Citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Driver's license (C class) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with providers and review performance.
• Ensure contract requirements and safety standards are followed by providers.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess removal scope and customer needs.
• Coordinate relocations for Defence personnel and communicate timelines.
• Report provider WHS incidents and liaise with the manager.
