Toll Group in Canberra is seeking a Relocations Consultant (Transitions Consultant) to manage on-site relocation visits for Defence personnel and ensure services align with contract requirements. The role is predominantly field-based, requiring active client engagement and strong organizational skills.

You will coordinate with providers, maintain safety and compliance standards, and deliver responsive service to government and defence clients.

• Excellent experience in a customer facing role.
• Relocations industry experience is a bonus.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong relationships with providers and review mechanisms to ensure contract delivery.
• Understand contractual documentation related to RS Providers including Deed of Agreement, SO Requirements and Minimum Standards.
• Report Provider WHS incidents and safety conversations with the Manager.
• Ensure statutory regulations related to Compliance and Safety are adhered to by Providers.
• Understand client culture and respond quickly to service delivery issues.

Relocations Consultant (Internal Title: Transitions Consultant) - Canberra ACT

The Opportunity

Get your foot in the door into the world of Government and Defence, where you'll be on the road visiting Defence personnel in their homes getting them ready for their relocation.

We are looking for a Relocations Consultant to join our Government & Defence team. The significant focus of this position is related to ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements. This includes arranging and completing on site visits to customers’ residences to determine the scope of the removal service.

As a Relocations Consultant, you will:

• Develop strong relationships with providers, establishing mechanisms of review and promote innovative solutions to ensure the successful delivery of contract requirements.
• Have a working knowledge of the contractual documentation relating to RS Providers including Deed of Agreement, Statement of Requirements and Minimum Standards.
• Reporting of Provider WHS incidents and safety conversations with the relevant Manager.
• Ensuring statutory regulations in relation to Compliance and Safety are adhered to by Providers.
• Understanding the culture of key clients and ensuring swift response and resolution of any service delivery issues.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent experience in a customer facing customer service position.
• Relocations industry experience is a bonus
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft office)
• Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal)
• This position is 90% on the road - current C class drivers' license is required
• Possess initiative, a strong desire to achieve results and a professional work ethic.
• Flexibilityand the abilityto adapt to constant change
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
