Job summary

Princess Polly is seeking an ICT Support Officer to back our Distribution Centre and broader operations. You’ll provide frontline tech support, troubleshoot hardware like scanners and printers, and help keep systems secure and running smoothly.

You’ll work with Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and internal tools while reporting to the Director of Technology in a fast-paced, agile setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ICT support in fast-paced settings, preferably warehouse or logistics.
• Proficient troubleshooting on Windows and macOS platforms.
• Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and risk awareness.
• Clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter who works autonomously with proactive follow-up and escalation.
• Team-oriented and able to thrive in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing on-the-ground tech support for the DC team and wider business operations.
• Troubleshooting IT hardware including scanners, label printers, barcode scanners, and PC stations.
• Supporting SaaS applications and liaising with third-party vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitoring cybersecurity risks and taking proactive action to mitigate them.
• Managing the network environment - routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and more. Supporting internal tools like Polly Portal and Gift Card Management.
• Ensuring SOX-compliant user access provisioning and reporting.
• Staying up to date with tech trends and contributing innovative support ideas.
