Princess Polly is seeking an ICT Support Officer to join our Distribution Centre team in Australia. You will be the go-to tech expert, providing hands-on support to the DC and broader business, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely.

You will troubleshoot hardware like scanners and printers, support SaaS apps, and liaise with vendors to resolve issues. This role requires proactive, autonomous work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ICT support experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in agile working methods and cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to warehouse or logistics operations is a plus.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-ground ICT support for the DC and wider business.
• Troubleshoot hardware like scanners, printers, barcode scanners, and PCs.
• Support SaaS applications and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor cybersecurity risks and take proactive mitigation actions.
• Manage network environment (routers, switches, Wi‑Fi) and internal tools.
