Job summary

Princess Polly E-Boutique on the Gold Coast is seeking an ICT Support Officer for our Distribution Centre and broader business. You will be the go-to tech expert, providing hands-on support to end users and maintaining smooth, secure systems in a fast-paced, agile setting.

Reporting to Technology leadership, you will troubleshoot hardware, support SaaS platforms, and help optimize internal tools while staying current with cybersecurity practices and tech trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT support within fast-paced settings such as warehouse/logistics is desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows and macOS.
• Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-ground ICT support for the Distribution Centre and wider business operations.
• Troubleshoot IT hardware including scanners, label printers, barcode scanners, and PC stations.
• Support SaaS applications and liaise with third-party vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor cybersecurity risks and take proactive action to mitigate them.
• Manage network environment – routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, etc., and support internal tools like Polly Portal and Gift Card Management.
• Ensure SOX-compliant user access provisioning and reporting.

You’ll act as the go to tech expert, supporting end users and ensuring our systems are running smoothly and securely. Reporting to the Director of Technology, we want someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and loves working in an agile environment with cutting edge technologies.

What you'll doing

• Providing on-the-ground tech support for our DC team and wider business operations.


• Troubleshooting IT hardware including scanners, label printers, barcode scanners, and PC stations.


• Supporting our SaaS applications and liaising with third-party vendors to resolve system issues.


• Monitoring cybersecurity risks and taking proactive action to mitigate them.


• Managing the network environment – routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and more.
  Supporting custom internal tools and systems such as Polly Portal and Gift Card Management.


• Ensuring SOX-compliant user access provisioning and reporting.


• Staying up to date with tech trends and bringing innovative support ideas to the table.

Key skills and experience we're looking for

• Strong experience in ICT support, ideally in a fast-paced agile environment, warehouse or logistics environment would be highly desirable.


• Confident troubleshooting both Windows and macOS systems.


• Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS).


• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.


• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.


• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.


• Self-starter who works autonomously and is proactive with follow-up and escalation.


• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and high-energy environment.
