Job summary

McNab is seeking a People Systems Specialist in Brisbane to lead the Dayforce implementation as our HR, Payroll and Workforce Management platform. You’ll shape design, configuration and adoption across our multinational workforce, collaborating with Technology, Payroll, People & Culture, and Finance to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

The role requires hands-on delivery, strong BA skills, data migration and readiness activities, plus a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering and implementing ERP programs.
• Strong business analysis: requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and documentation.
• Experience with data migration, testing, defect management and readiness in complex environments.
• Understanding of Australian HR and payroll processes, including Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce design and configuration across Core HR, Payroll and Workforce Management.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, map processes and identify gaps against operating model.
• Support data migration, cleansing, reconciliation and validation.
• Execute system testing, manage defects and coordinate resolutions with technical teams and vendors.
• Resolve configuration and payroll issues, assess downstream impacts of changes.
• Support training, change readiness and handover with clear documentation.
