Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a Workforce Planning & Systems Manager to own the Dayforce workforce management workspace and drive continuous improvement across our complex operations. You will ensure data integrity, optimize rostering and attendance, and partner with operations, People, Payroll and IT teams to deliver value.

In this permanent role, you will lead system changes, testing and pre-payroll data checks while building robust controls and documentation to support reliable workforce

Qualifications

• Experience managing workforce management systems, Dayforce or a comparable platform.
• Strong rostering, scheduling and time & attendance knowledge.
• Experience improving systems, controls and operational processes.
• Ability to analyse data, identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
• Confidence working across technical and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, optimisation and improvement of Dayforce workforce management functionality.
• Manage rostering, scheduling and time & attendance processes.
• Maintain system configuration, workflows, access controls and documentation.
• Improve workforce data quality through validation, controls and exception management.
• Lead pre-payroll workforce data checks and issue resolution.
• Identify process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Partner with Operations, People, Payroll, Finance and Technology teams to deliver improvements.
• Support system changes, testing and implementation activities.
