Job summary

McNab is seeking a People Systems Specialist to lead Dayforce design, configuration and adoption across our multi-entity workforce in Brisbane. You’ll work with Technology, Payroll, People & Culture, Finance and operations to translate requirements into practical, compliant HR and payroll solutions.

You’ll shape the system, manage data validation, testing and training, and help build internal capability with scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Dayforce experience is essential.
• Strong business analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience with data migration and testing.
• Understanding Australian HR and payroll processes.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer Dayforce design and configuration across Core HR, Payroll and Workforce Management.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, map processes and identify gaps.
• Support data migration, cleansing, reconciliation and validation.
• Execute system testing, manage defects and coordinate resolutions.
• Resolve Dayforce configuration issues with stakeholders and assess impacts.
• Support training, change readiness and handover, building internal capability.
