Employment Hero is seeking a People Systems Lead to own the HR technology stack with Dayforce as the primary platform. You will collaborate with Payroll, Finance and Technology to ensure data integrity, compliance and efficient processes across the People function.

Qualifications

• Dayforce experience is essential.
• Background in HRIS/People Systems or HR Operations.
• Experience with upgrades, configuration and optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise core HR systems.
• Lead upgrades, releases, configuration and testing.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across People systems.
• Partner with Payroll and Finance on remuneration, compliance and reporting.
• Support system compliance requirements including awards and legislation.
• Lead data migration, UAT and system validation.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and workforce analytics.
• Act as main point of contact for HR systems questions and improvements.
• Maintain system documentation and audit trails.
