Job summary

Tassal is seeking an HR Systems Leader to own and optimise the Dayforce HCM platform, moving it from project to BAU with continuous improvements. You will lead a small team, bridge People & Culture with IT and external vendors, and advance a clear, prioritised systems roadmap.

Flexible on location with hubs in Hobart and Sydney, the role requires deep HR systems expertise, strong governance, and a track record delivering value through platform enhancements and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR systems or HCM platform roles with leadership experience.
• Hands-on Dayforce or other tier-one HCM platform experience in 1,000+ employee organisations.
• Proven governance, upgrades, security and data privacy practices.
• Experience moving a platform from implementation to BAU and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own Dayforce HCM in BAU, ensuring stability, data integrity and UX quality.
• Lead roadmap and prioritisation aligning with People & Culture strategy.
• Oversee integrations with core systems and service desk collaboration.
• Establish governance, change management and release cadence.
• Lead and develop HR Systems analysts and manage vendor relationships.
