Job summary

LTM is seeking a senior Data Migration Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise data transformation and migration initiative in Melbourne. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate diverse teams, manage risks, dependencies and executive reporting to ensure a successful migration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Project and Program Management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical and business teams.
• Experience managing complex customer, operational, financial, CRM or other enterprise data migrations.
• Strong understanding of migration governance, data reconciliation, testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and senior stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication, governance and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end data migration program from initiation through to production cutover and hypercare.
• Own program planning, governance, milestones, RAID management, reporting and delivery cadence.
• Coordinate architects, data engineers, business analysts, data quality, testing and business teams.
• Manage complex dependencies across technology, business, operational and vendor workstreams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and lead steering committee and executive reporting.
• Define and govern the overall migration strategy, roadmap and delivery approach.
• Oversee data discovery, mapping, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation and testing.
• Lead migration readiness, dress rehearsals, cutover planning and post-go-live support.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies to keep the program on track.
• Provide technical oversight and challenge architecture, migration approaches and engineering decisions.

Data Migration Program Manager

Lead complex enterprise data transformation and migration programs with LTM.

LTM is seeking an experienced Data Migration Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise data transformation and migration initiative. This is a senior delivery leadership role for someone who has successfully managed complex data migration programs across large organisations.

You will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing dependencies and risks, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful migration through planning, testing, cutover and hypercare.

This is not a hands‑on Data Architect or Data Engineer position. We are looking for a strong technical delivery leader who understands modern data platforms and migration methodologies and can effectively challenge technical decisions while keeping the program focused on delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

What You’ll Bring

• Good technical understanding of Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Purview and modern cloud data platforms
• Ability to understand and challenge technical solutions without needing to perform hands‑on engineering
