Job summary

LTM in Melbourne seeks an experienced Data Project Manager to lead end-to-end data initiatives, align tech delivery with business goals and manage stakeholder expectations.

You will work closely with client teams, leverage Snowflake, and ensure quality, testing and documentation while coordinating with offshore and onshore teams.

Qualifications

• Technical fluency in data platforms infrastructure and software development.
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in managing end to end data projects
• Ability to connect technical details with the big picture and turn strategy into results
• To have good awareness on Data tools and technologies Preferably Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Be available in person with the client for visibility and ease of communication.
• Build, manage and deepen the relationship with key Client stakeholders
• Facilitate key meetings and act as a bridge to offshore with support from the other onshore/deputed roles.
• Develop comprehensive project plans define project scope and goals and manage milestones deliverables and schedules
• Work with business users and leadership to understand requirements present solutions and ensure technical strategies support business objectives
• Good proficiency in the Snowflake Data Warehouse projects.
• Proactively identify potential risks develop contingency plans and manage changes to keep projects on track
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders provide status updates and manage expectations
• Set and enforce quality standards ensure proper testing and maintain project documentation
• Identify areas for improvement in project management methodologies and tools and mentor other team members
• Hands on experience on managing testing phase, Jira setup/ dashboard defect triaging.
