Job summary

HUB24 Limited is seeking a Data Enablement Lead in Sydney to drive delivery across our Data Products portfolio. You will coordinate product and technology initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure regulatory requirements are met while aligning stakeholders across teams.

You’ll lead planning, execution and testing activities, maintaining delivery plans and risk registers. A hands-on contributor, you’ll own outcomes and adapt plans as business needs evolve in a fast-moving tech

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation, project delivery, transformation, program coordination.
• Experience coordinating software, technology, data or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Proactive approach with ownership to drive activities to completion.
• Strong stakeholder management across teams and levels.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks, issues and dependencies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and documentation skills.
• Understanding of data products, technology solutions or data environments.
• Attention to detail while maintaining sight of broader priorities and outcomes.
• Collaborative and pragmatic with problem-solving and follow-through.
• Experience in financial services/fintech or complex technology environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive the coordination and delivery of initiatives across the Data Products portfolio.
• Lead planning and execution across multiple concurrent products and workstreams.
• Coordinate product and technology implementations, transformation and migration activities.
• Coordinate testing activities across relevant teams and ensure actions are followed through to completion.
• Support the delivery of regulatory and business requirements impacting Data Products.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, action registers and status reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies across initiatives.
• Maintain visibility of progress and ensure key activities remain on track.
• Work with Product, Technology and broader teams to coordinate priorities and dependencies.
• Provide regular updates on progress, priorities, risks and outstanding actions.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and sessions to progress initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, status updates and supporting documentation for stakeholders.
• Adapt plans and priorities as business needs evolve.
