Job summary

HUB24 is seeking a Data Enablement Lead to drive delivery across our Data Products portfolio, coordinating multiple products and workstreams in a fast-moving tech environment.

You will lead planning, coordinate technology implementations, ensure regulatory alignment, and maintain delivery plans with clear updates to stakeholders. Experience in financial services or fintech is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation, project delivery, transformation, program coordination or enablement.
• Experience coordinating software, technology, data or transformation initiatives.
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience within financial services or fintech is advantageous.
• Knowledge of data products or data environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive coordination and delivery of initiatives across the Data Products portfolio.
• Lead planning and execution across multiple concurrent products and workstreams.
• Coordinate product and technology implementations, transformation and migration activities.
• Coordinate testing activities and ensure actions are followed through to completion.
• Support regulatory and business requirements impacting Data Products.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones and status reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and facilitate meetings to progress work.
