Job summary

HUB24 is seeking a Data Enablement Lead to drive delivery across our Data Products portfolio. You’ll coordinate product and technology initiatives, manage testing, regulatory alignment and stakeholder expectations in a fast-moving tech environment.

You’ll work with Product, Technology and business teams to maintain delivery plans, manage risks and dependencies, and report progress. This hands-on role values ownership and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation or delivery-focused roles.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple streams.
• Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.

You’ll bring structure to complex pieces of work, keep stakeholders aligned and ensure actions, dependencies and deliverables continue to move forward.This is a hands-on individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, working across different teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving technology environment.What you’ll be doingDrive the coordination and delivery of initiatives across the Data Products portfolioLead planning and execution across multiple concurrent products and workstreamsCoordinate product and technology implementations, transformation and migration activitiesCoordinate testing activities across relevant teams and ensure actions and outcomes are followed through to completionSupport the delivery of regulatory and business requirements impacting Data ProductsDevelop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, action registers and status reportingIdentify and manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies across initiativesMaintain visibility of progress and ensure key activities and deliverables remain on trackWork closely with Product, Technology and broader business teams to coordinate priorities and dependenciesProvide clear and regular updates on progress, priorities, risks and outstanding actionsFacilitate meetings, workshops and working sessions to progress initiatives and resolve blockersPrepare presentations, status updates, reporting and supporting documentation for stakeholdersAdapt plans and priorities as business needs evolveWhat you bringYou don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.Experience & SkillsExperience in implementation, project delivery, transformation, program coordination, enablement or a similar delivery-focused roleExperience coordinating software, technology, data or transformation initiativesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, products or workstreams concurrentlyStrong planning, organisation and prioritisation skillsA proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and independently drive activities through to completionStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and influence across different teams and levelsExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks, issues, dependencies, actions and delivery timelinesStrong communication, facilitation, presentation and documentation skillsAn understanding of data products, technology solutions or data environmentsStrong attention to detail while maintaining sight of broader priorities and outcomesA collaborative and pragmatic approach, with strong problem-solving skills and follow-throughExperience within financial services, fintech or another complex technology-led environment would be advantageousExperience supporting technology transformation, system migration or new technology implementations would also be highly regardedOur processWe aim to keep the process simple and respectful of your time:You’ll receive an acknowledgement after applying.Our Talent team will review your application and keep you updated.If shortlisted, we’ll connect to learn more about you.Interviews may be virtual or in person.You’ll receive an outcome and feedback.If you need any adjustments, please let us know - we’re here to support you.Our commitmentWe’re committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported to do their best work.
