Job summary

ASX Limited is seeking a Head of Data Platform Engineering & Delivery in Sydney. You will own the Data Platform, drive governance, and lead delivery of the capability roadmap with a team of ~5 direct reports and ~40 more across the function.

You will build a federated product delivery model, manage budgets, and collaborate with Technology and the Data Office to align strategies. Hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior technology service ownership or delivery roles within a corporate enterprise.
• Proven experience leading large data engineering teams.
• Experience delivering a data product model using a cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the ASX Data Platform, including maintenance, risk and control environment, supplier management and customer service.
• Lead the engineering capability responsible for delivering strategic data platform solutions.
• Define the platform roadmap and oversee delivery to mature capabilities.
• Lead solution design governance and enable federated product teams on the platform.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships and key supplier arrangements.
• Define and implement the data platform operating model.
