Job summary

HUB24 is seeking a Data Enablement Lead to drive delivery across our Data Products portfolio. You will coordinate product and technology implementations, transformation and migration activities, testing, and regulatory requirements, aligning multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced technology environment.

This hands-on contributor role requires ownership, strong planning, risk management and collaboration with Product, Technology and broader business teams to progress initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation, project delivery or program coordination within tech or data environments.
• Ability to coordinate software, technology, data or transformation initiatives.
• Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Proactive ownership and ability to drive activities to completion.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across teams.
• Experience in financial services/fintech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive coordination and delivery of initiatives across the Data Products portfolio.
• Lead planning and execution across multiple concurrent products and workstreams.
• Coordinate product and technology implementations, transformation and migration activities.
• Coordinate testing activities and ensure actions are completed.
• Support delivery of regulatory and business requirements affecting Data Products.
• Maintain delivery plans, milestones and status reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide regular progress updates and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
