dnata catering is seeking a meticulous Data Coordinator to join our Sydney Airport operations. You will coordinate, validate, and maintain catering data across systems to support menu execution, production, and customer requirements.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers, driving data accuracy, process improvements, and seamless delivery across the service chain in a fast-paced airline catering environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and validating data across systems.
• Airline catering or related supply chain experience is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and ERP data handling.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Coordinator to join our dynamic Data & Planning team within our Sydney Airport catering operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and delivery of operational data that supports menu execution, production, and customer requirements.

About the Role

As a Data Coordinator, you will support the coordination, validation, and maintenance of critical catering data across systems, ensuring all menu, flight, and operational requirements are accurately reflected. You will work closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless delivery, while also contributing to continuous improvement of data processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, validate and maintain data across catering systems

About You

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data systems (ERP preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
• Proven experience in a similar role within airline catering
• Culinary or production, manufacturing, or supply chain experience desirable
• Tertiary qualifications and industry certifications (airline/supply chain) desirable
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions and work collaboratively across teams
