Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Sydney is seeking an experienced Customer Delivery Supervisor to oversee daily aircraft catering logistics, ensuring meals, equipment and supplies are delivered safely, accurately and on time.

You will support the Customer Delivery Manager, lead teams, manage rostering and scheduling, monitor vehicle operations, and drive performance in a fast-paced aviation environment while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising airline operations or high-volume logistics.
• Current HR Licence is required.
• Eligibility for ASIC and ADA Pass.
• Workforce planning and rostering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Customer Delivery operations and ensure on-time aircraft servicing.
• Coordinate operational teams to meet service, safety and customer requirements.
• Manage rostering, workforce planning and labour utilisation.
• Conduct team briefings and support performance, training and development activities.
• Monitor vehicle operations, maintenance compliance and safe driving practices.
• Investigate delays, incidents and operational issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, aviation and company standards.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Delivery Supervisor to join our Sydney team. Supporting the Customer Delivery Manager, you will oversee daily aircraft catering logistics, ensuring meals, equipment and supplies are delivered safely, accurately and on time while driving operational performance in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities include

• Lead daily Customer Delivery operations and ensure on-time aircraft servicing.
• Coordinate operational teams to meet service, safety and customer requirements.
• Manage rostering, workforce planning and labour utilisation.
• Conduct team briefings and support performance, training and development activities.
• Monitor vehicle operations, maintenance compliance and safe driving practices.
• Investigate delays, incidents and operational issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, aviation and company standards.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within airline operations, logistics, transport, aviation services, catering or another high-volume operational environment.
• Experience leading and developing operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Current HR Licence (required).
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an ASIC and Airside Driver Authority (ADA) Pass.
• Experience with workforce planning, rostering and operational scheduling.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, compliance and professional standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
