Job summary

Talent is seeking an IT Support Technician to troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, servers and network issues for a 24/7 onsite operation in Melbourne. This role requires hands-on technical work and a proactive approach to keep systems running smoothly.

You'll prioritise and resolve tickets, provide technical support and escalation assistance to teammates, and contribute to efficiency improvements while sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hardware troubleshooting experience.
• At least 1 year networking experience.
• Qualification in IT/CS or a related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
• A collaborative approach and clear communication skills.

What you need to know

These are onsite roles supporting a 24/7 operation, with a rotating roster. You’ll need a valid driver’s licence, your own vehicle and the ability to safely undertake physical tasks, including lifting equipment and using ladders.
