You will troubleshoot and repair server hardware and networking issues, manage tickets, and assist with escalations. The 24/7 on-site roster calls for flexibility and a proactive, team-first approach.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware.
• At least 1 year of computer networking experience.
• A qualification in IT, computer science or a related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
• A collaborative approach and clear communication skills.

What you need to know

These are onsite roles supporting a 24/7 operation, with a rotating roster. You'll need a valid driver's licence, your own vehicle and the ability to safely undertake physical tasks, including lifting equipment and using ladders.
