Job summary

Eaton Electrical Ltd in Mascot, NSW is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant for the Data Centre segment. You will lead pre-sales activities, craft high-level designs for UPS, distribution and BMS, and bridge Sales, Engineering and Bid teams to win opportunities.

The role requires deep electrical expertise, strong communication and the ability to translate complex concepts into customer-focused solutions. Hybrid working options and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

7+ years in electrical infrastructure, preferably data centres or critical power.
Strong knowledge of data centre power systems (UPS, generators, distribution, switchgear, BMS).
Familiarity with AS/NZS, IEC and Tier classifications.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to sales, consultants and customers in pre-sales.
Develop conceptual designs and architectures for data centre power systems.
Identify opportunities balancing performance, cost, sustainability and scalability.
Translate capabilities into end-to-end solution architectures across Eaton's portfolio.
Deliver technical education sessions and workshops to customers.
