Synergie Australia is seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer in Darwin to be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and ensuring accurate information. You will collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, a can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Prior experience in customer service or administration is valued.

• Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Assist with general administration and day-to-day branch operations.
